Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your product does not meet these conditions, we may be unable to accept your return.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care devices that have been opened).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items or clearance products
- Opened personal care devices (such as facial cleansing brushes, hair removal devices, etc.), due to hygiene and safety concerns
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at techbeautluxe@gmail.com. Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for sending your item back to us. Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.
Refunds on Returns
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Unless your item is defective or incorrect, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your package arrives safely.
